(ANNAPOLIS, MD) - Jay Fleming is a photographer and has done work for the Capital Gazette. Fleming was on the scene of the Annapolis shooting hours after it happened. He was getting some shots of the tragic scene and among the victims was his friend, Wendi Winters.

"I have worked with a lot of people from the capital gazette newspaper where the June 28th shooting took place and the tragedy hit pretty close to home because the capital headquarters are only 2 miles from my home," said Fleming.

Fleming has started a fundraiser for the victims' families. He has sold 20 of his "Annapolis Strong" posters and wants to sell all 200 posters. He hopes to raise 15,000 dollars. The money will go into the Capital Gazette Families Fund.

"Currently, we are getting the word out through social media and through word of mouth that we are selling the posters and we have partnered with an Annapolis business Sir Speedy who serves your business needs and they are donating all the posters so we will continue to market and promote in Annapolis and the whole Delmarva region,"said Fleming.
