Traffic Stop leads to Drug Arrest

(Salisbury, Md) - A traffic stop has led to the arrest of a Salisbury man. Tuesday, August 07, 2018 members of the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Community Action Team conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Naylor Street and N. Salisbury Blvd, Salisbury. During the course of the traffic stop, the front seat passenger was identified as Antravon Martise Harmon, 21 years old, of Salisbury, MD. A K9 scan of the vehicle was conducted which led to a probable cause search of the vehicle. During the course of the investigation, Harmon advised Deputies that he had a scale in his pocket. A search of Harmon's person resulted in Deputies located a plastic bag containing an amount of cocaine that is indicative of distribution. Harmon was arrested and released to the Wicomico County Detention Center. Charges include CDS: Possession with intent to distribute narcotics in a school zone CDS: Possession with intent to distribute narcotic CDS: Possession- Not marijuana. He's being Held without Bond.
