Delaware Pride Holds 21st Annual Festival

(DOVER, Del.) - Delaware's 21st Annual Pride Festival was held this weekend at Legislative Hall.
This event celebrate diversity among Delawareans.
Several sponsors came from the Rehoboth area including the Rehoboth unitarians, families and friends of gays and lesbians, as well as the Metropolitan Community Church, and other organizations that have a presence in Sussex County pride.
President of Delaware Pride, Steve Neuman believes this event to be their most successful yet. "Despite the weather it's been our biggest turn out ever. We have a 112 vendors, most sponsors we've ever had. Very inclusive event. We cannot wait to come back and do it again next year," says Neuman.
The Delaware Pride Festival is the largest LGBTA gathering in Delaware. The goal is to make this community more visible and united.
