(SEAFORD, Del.) -Former Powerlifting Champion Mike Hall is back to doing what he loves working out. Hall had a heart attack known as window maker that almost killed him.
He is now back in the Gym and is feeling good.

"I lift for just reps now and every now and then I will hit a heavy set to let the young boys know that I still have it going on so it is a great testament that working out and physical fitness are very important for all of us because you never know when one day we will be in the hospital for one thing or another,"said Hall.

Hall recovered from an attack and credits cutting down on carbs and God for looking after him.
Hall is the UMES Wellness Director and also works with individuals as a fitness specialist at body and soul in Seaford. He also works with individuals that had heart attacks.

"I set them on programs and regimes so they can live a healthier and better lifestyle," said Hall
