Madeleine has been with Draper Media since 2016, when she first worked as Sussex County Bureau Chief. She helped launch the rebranded CoastTV in 2019. As co-anchor of CoastTV News at 5 and 6, Maddie helps organize the evening newscasts and performs managerial responsibilities such as helping find and assign stories, approving scripts, and making content decisions.
As Sussex County Bureau Chief, she reported live at a number of high profile events including the Vaughn Prison Riot, the Blades Water Contamination, and then Vice President Joe Biden's return to Delaware after the 2016 inauguration.
When not in the newsroom, Maddie emcees various community events on behalf of the station and serves as the regional vice president for the Capital Emmy Board of Governors. She is also a certified cycle and yoga instructor and enjoys teaching, reading, and going to the beach.
