(OCEAN CITY, Md.)- The Cecil County State's Attorney is arrested in Ocean City after he was reportedly seen nude on a Clarion Hotel balcony, police said.

Edward D. Rollins III, 60, of North East, Md., has been the State's Attorney since January 3, 2011 in Cecil County. He was arrested for indecent exposure and related charges, but according to Maryland Case Search charges have yet to be filed.

An officer responded to 10100 Coastal Highway around 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, for a report of a "nude male." Upon arrival, the responding officer took Rollins into custody.

We're told the Cecil County State's Attorney was released, at the request of the Worcester County State's Attorney Beau Oglesby, pending the investigation.

Ocean City police are still investigating.
