(OCEAN CITY, Md.)- Ocean City Police have identified the three suspects involved in Tuesday's armed robbery at the Tidelands Caribbean Hotel, located at 409 Atlantic Avenue.

One suspect, Erik Clemons, 19, from Blandon, PA, has been charged with armed robbery and theft. The department's Major Crimes Unit is continuing the investigation and additional arrests stemming from this incident are probable, according to detectives.

The investigation revealed that during the incident the victim was struck by an expandable baton. It is also believed that one of the suspects displayed a silver revolver-style handgun with a wooden handle during the incident.

The suspects are described as follows:

Suspect 1: White male with short, dark hair, in his late teens to early 20's, with a thin build. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a backpack.

Suspect 2: Black male with short dreadlocks, in his late teens to early 20's with a thin build. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a white t-shirt with a South Carolina Gamecocks emblem.

Suspect 3: White male with shoulder-length dark hair and a larger build. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a maroon t-shirt with a Kutztown University emblem.

During the investigation, officers obtained photographs of the suspects, which are attached to this news release.
