(BERLIN, Md.)- A massive great white shark, dubbed "Mary Lee," has been tracked off the coast of Assateague Island early Thursday morning, according to a satellite tracking device operated by OCEARCH.

It's the same group that tracked the 16-foot, 3,500-pound-plus mature female great white off the coast of Cape Cod in September 2012.

This is nothing new to them, OCEARCH researches sharks all over the world, with a tracking device.

Mary Lee is known for her long voyages. She has traveled about 19,000-plus miles, according to the organization.
