(SNOW HILL, Del.) - Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration is closing Route 113 near Snow Hill in Worcester County tonight at 6pm.

This closure is necessary to rebuild the existing Maryland-Delaware railroad crossing and construct a new crossing for the future northbound US 113.

This is part of an $82.3 million dollar project to turn the two-lane highway into four from Public Landing road to 5 Mile Branch Road.

Drivers will be detoured onto US 113 business during the closure and the road will not re-open until 6am Monday.
