(Sussex County, Del.) -Iranacel Pan grew up in Russia. She came to the U.S. graduated from Delaware Techincal Community College in Georgetown with a degree in Criminal Justice. She pursued her dream of becoming a Delaware State Trooper. That's now a reality. She has been working at Troop 4 in Georgetown since March. She said her passion for getting in Law Enforcement stems from how Troopers interacted with others.

"While, I was in the U.S. I observed that police officers were involved in the community and it was my first time seeing that police cared about people and I decided back then that if I ever get back to school that is something that I would want to become," said Iranacel.

She speaks Russian and Romanian. As a trooper, she is trying to impact the lives of others.

"Now being a Delaware State Trooper I explain to them what I do today and how important it is to trust us and come to us when there is a problem," said Iranacel.
