The investigation occurred on Monday, January 12, 2015, when an undercover trooper arrived at the Source of Health Spa located at 1708 Naamans Road for a massage. While performing the massage, the masseuse offered to perform a sex act on the trooper in exchange for cash. However, the trooper refused and left the business.
