Carter Moore joined the Seaford Volunteer Fire Department at age 14 and served as a junior firefighter and as an active firefighter until his 18th birthday. Once he turned 18 he left home to serve in the active-duty Army where he served 5 years both in The United States and overseas. Carter is now a member of the US Army reserves and a full-time police officer in Washington DC, serving South East DC citizens.
