A man has been shot near Kirkwood Street and Division Streets in Dover, Wednesday morning around 10 a.m.
Schools and Wesley College are on lockdown as police comb through the area for the suspect.
Dover Police Corporal Mark Hoffman says the victim is being treated for are non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect is described as a tall, black male with dark skin, and a white or gray mustache. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a two-toned brown sweatshirt, and was last seen running northbound.
