DOVER, Del. - Representative Andria Bennett (D - RD32) was arrested last Sunday for assault in the 3rd degree (misdemeanor), according to Delaware State Police.
Police say on December 13 at around 2:08 a.m., troopers responded to St. Jones Avenue for a reported dispute.Â
DSP says Bennett was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court #2 and was released on her Own Recognizance.
