MILFORD, Del -The Milford Police Department says it is attempting to locate Thomas Caffrey, a 59-year-old male from Lincoln. Investigators say they want to speak to Caffrey regarding a terroristic threatening incident that occurred within Milford city limits.
According to investigators, they have made several attempts to contact Caffrey, but were unsuccessful. CoastTV confirmed Friday morning that this incident is connected to Thursday's threat situation that forced schools in Milford to go into lockdown.
